I’m going to start off this blog post by saying life has been CRAZY lately! I feel like I haven’t had a moment to just sit down and talk to you guys. There have been so many shoots in July and August that I will be sharing with you, and even more coming up in the next couple of months.

Today’s post is featuring Leah and her beautiful warmblood Tino!

We met up at her barn on a beautiful July evening. Leah rides out of Evergreen Farm, competing in dressage throughout New England. Despite the bugs driving him crazy, Tino was a champ during their photo session.  We kept him happy with plenty of treats!

We even tried my first attempt at the infamous black background portrait. These shots will be a must for every session now! They look absolutely beautiful printed on a big canvas. I will be ordering some print samples soon  for all you guys to view!

I had such a great evening with these two! It is so much fun visiting new barns and meeting all the wonderful horse people around Maine. Seeing the relationships people have with their animals and being able to capture that in photographs is my favorite part about this job.
