Podcasts Can Change Your Life?!

I often heard the word “podcast” over the past few years. To be honest, I had almost no idea what it even meant! Over the past year I started exploring the world of podcasts and immediately fell in love with them. I am someone who works better with a little bit of distraction. Having the TV on while I’m editing is a frequent occurrence, especially if Bob’s Burgers is playing.

Listening to someone more experienced in the entrepreneur field talk about their business and how they have evolved gives me SO much inspiration! To be honest, there are a lot of times when I doubt myself. Hearing others talk about their struggles and the achievements that followed can really change my outlook on the future. Anything is possible!

I compiled a list of some of my favorites that I have found recently. Whether you are running a business, trying to better yourself, or just looking to laugh, check out these awesome podcasts and let me know your thoughts. To find out more about each show, just click the photos!

Profit. Power. Pursuit.
Interviews with creative professionals from all different industries! Super interesting and informative, especially if you are someone starting a business.

Girlboss Radio
This one is a more recent find of mine! Each episode features a different “girlboss”, such as Alli Webb, the founder of Drybar and Christine Day, the CEO of Lululemon. Even the host, Sophia Amoruso, is inspiration herself!

Don’t Keep Your Day Job
Although it is a brand new podcast with only three episodes as I write this, it is one of my absolute FAVORITES! The message of the show is exactly what I stand for. Follow your dream!

Goal Digger
Jenna Kutcher is an extremely talented wedding photographer and businesswoman. I love her realness, along with her love of macaroni and cheese!

Anna Faris Is Unqualified
While the last two podcasts are necessarily geared towards creatives or entrepreneurs, they just straight up make me laugh! Despite all of her many accolades, I will always remember Anna Faris on Friends as the mom of Monica and Chandler’s kids.

Shane and Friends
Although this podcast isn’t for the faint of heart, it is one that will make me practically cry laughing and NEVER gets old. I think I have listened to every episode twice at this point!
